Cookie Policy

The short version: this site has no advertising cookies and no tracking. That's why you don't see a consent banner — there's nothing to ask about.

Which cookies we use

Only the ones the site needs to work properly. All of them are strictly necessary or functional, and by law don't require consent.

  • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose so we don't switch you back on your next visit. Stored for a year, contains only 'uk' or 'en'.
  • Admin session cookie — created only after the studio owner signs into the admin panel. It is never created for site visitors.
  • cozynat_region — a flag for whether you need the consent banner, based on your country. Stored for a month, contains only «1» or «0».

What we don't do

  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No Meta, TikTok or other ad network pixels.
  • No behavioural profile of you, and nothing sold to data brokers.
  • No cookies that follow you across other websites.

Technical request data

Not a cookie, but for completeness: when you send an enquiry we store the IP address, country, browser language and the page it came from alongside it. This helps us understand where enquiries originate and protects against spam. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How to disable cookies

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings. If you block ours, the site keeps working — it will simply open in the default language each time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people find useful and where they come from. Advertising, retargeting and sharing data with ad networks are disabled at the configuration level — we do not collect data to show you ads.

For visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland analytics is denied by default and only enabled after you press «Accept» in the banner. If you choose «Essential only», no analytics cookies are set at all.

For visitors from other countries, including Ukraine, analytics works without a banner: the law does not require one, and showing it to everyone spoils the first impression with no legal need. You can always block these cookies in your browser settings.

  • _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies: they count visits and distinguish new visitors from returning ones. Stored for up to two years.
  • cozynat_consent — remembers your choice in the banner so you are not asked again. Stored for a year.
