Frequently asked questions
Do I need to send my own photos?
Ideally yes — real products outperform any stock image. If you don't have good photos, we can shoot them; that's a separate service.
Do you publish the posts?
We prepare the content and the plan, you publish. That way the account credentials stay only with you.
Can I order once without a subscription?
Yes. Posts, Stories and visuals can be ordered individually at fixed prices. A subscription simply works out cheaper and more consistent.
Who writes the captions?
We do. You tell us about the product and the offer, we phrase it so people read and respond.
How many revisions are included?
One round across the whole set. In practice that's enough, because the style gets agreed in the first month.
