What this page covers

These terms apply to using cozynat.com and ordering services through it. For a specific project we additionally agree the scope, timeline and price — in writing or by separate contract. Where a project agreement differs from this page, the project agreement prevails.

Prices on this site

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia. Most services have a fixed price. A 'from' label applies where the scope depends on the task — websites, online stores, mobile apps, UX/UI design and SEO setup.

Prices on the site are not a binding offer: we confirm the final price after the brief, before work begins, and it doesn't change mid-project unless you ask to expand the scope.

How to order

• —You send an enquiry through the form or message us.
• —We clarify the task and confirm the final price and timeline.
• —After your confirmation and the initial payment, we start work.
• —You review the result, we make revisions, and on approval we hand over files and credentials.

Payment

The standard terms are 50% up front and 50% on approval of the result. Monthly plans are paid at the start of the month.

We reserve the right to vary payment terms for a specific project: to start without a prepayment for returning clients, or to ask for full prepayment — for rush or unusual orders, for example. Any variation is agreed before work starts, never after.

Larger projects can be paid in stages, agreed separately.

Revisions

One full round of revisions after the result is presented is included. Changes beyond the agreed scope — a different design direction, new sections, extra material — are quoted separately, and we always tell you before doing anything.

What we need from you

• —Materials: copy, photos and access, on time and in the agreed volume.
• —Feedback within a reasonable period: if approvals stall, the timeline shifts accordingly.
• —Confirmation that the material you provide doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Ownership of the result

On full payment, all economic rights to the material created for you pass to you without restriction: logo, identity, content, design, code. Source files are handed over with the result.

We reserve the right to show completed work in our portfolio. If a project is confidential, tell us and we won't publish it.

Fonts, stock images, music and other third-party licensed material remain under the licensor's terms. We always tell you if a project uses anything under a paid licence.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, Apple and Google developer accounts, and paid services such as email marketing or online payments are billed separately and directly by the providers. Where possible we register them to your business, so the accounts stay yours.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans have no minimum term: you can change the volume or stop before the next month. Unused volume within a month doesn't roll over unless we agree otherwise.

On cancellation we hand over all material produced and all credentials.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel after work has begun, you pay for the part actually completed and the remainder of the prepayment is refunded. If we cannot deliver for reasons on our side, the prepayment is refunded in full.

Limits of liability

We are responsible for the quality and timeliness of the work, up to the amount paid for it. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, a number of clients or a volume of sales: those depend on factors outside our control. We are responsible for the technical quality of SEO setup, not for the behaviour of Google's algorithms.

We are not liable for outages of third-party services — hosting, social networks, payment systems — but we help resolve them within the scope of support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We try to resolve disputes by negotiation — in our experience that is faster and cheaper for everyone.
