Pricing and payment
How much does a project cost?
Every price is on the site. Most services have a fixed price: a logo is 3,000 UAH, a Brand Kit 6,000 UAH, 10 posts 800 UAH. Starting prices apply only to websites, stores, apps and UX/UI, where scope depends on the task. The final figure is agreed after the brief, before work starts.
Why is a package cheaper than separate services?
A package costs 25% less than the same services at list price. We save time by not switching between disconnected jobs, and we pass that saving on. The 'separately' total is shown on every card so you can check the maths.
How does payment work?
Usually 50% up front and 50% once the result is approved. Monthly plans are paid at the start of the month.
What is billed separately?
Domain, hosting, Apple and Google developer accounts, and paid services like email marketing or online payments. These go directly to the providers rather than through us, and the accounts are registered to your business.
Process and timelines
How long does the work take?
A logo takes about a week, a full identity three to four weeks, a landing page around two weeks, a business site three to four. We confirm the timeline before starting. The longest part is usually approving copy and photos, not the work itself.
How many revisions are included?
One full round. In practice that's enough, because the direction is agreed early, while changing your mind is still cheap.
Do I need to provide my own content?
You can supply your own or order it from us — from copy to filming and photo editing.
How do we communicate during the project?
Over Telegram, which is fastest. Files go through cloud storage, and credentials are set up directly on your own accounts.
Rights and ownership
Who owns the logo and the files?
You do. On payment, all rights and source files pass to you with no restrictions.
Who owns the website?
You do. Where possible the site and data are deployed into your own Google accounts, and every credential is handed to you. You aren't technically tied to us.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep a working website, all credentials and the backups. Nothing gets switched off or locked.
Services and formats
Can I order just one service?
Yes. Take a single service, choose a package, or start a monthly plan.
Do you run our social media entirely?
We prepare the content and the plan, you publish. That keeps account access with you and leaves you in control of what goes out and when.
Can I change or cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, at any time and with no lock-in. The volume can go up or down before the next month.
Do you take on websites you didn't build?
Yes, if it's a modern stack and we have access. We start with an audit and tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
Location
Do you work with businesses outside Ukraine?
Yes. Ukraine is the main focus, but we work with clients in Europe and the US. The whole site is available in English.
Do we need to meet in person?
No, everything is done remotely. The exception is video filming, where we come to the location.
