The site gets built, then forgotten. A year later the domain has lapsed, the certificate expired, the enquiry form quietly stopped working, and there are no backups. You usually find out from a customer who couldn't place an order. Fixing it afterwards costs more than maintaining it.

We watch uptime, renew domains and certificates, run backups, and keep dependencies and security current. Small changes — a new phone number, a price, a photo, a paragraph — are handled within the subscription, without an invoice for every edit.

Prices for websites, online stores and apps are starting prices — the final cost depends on scope, design and revisions, and is agreed before we begin. Every other service has a fixed price.
Billed separately
- Domain — from 300 UAH a year depending on the zone
- Hosting and infrastructure — billed as used
- Paid services if you need them: email marketing, online payments, live chat
- Apple and Google developer accounts, if you have a mobile app
These costs go directly to the providers and don't pass through us. Where possible everything is registered to your business — the accounts stay yours.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take on sites you didn't build?
Yes, if it's a modern stack and we have access. We start with an audit, after which we'll tell you whether we can take it on and what needs fixing.
How many changes does the subscription cover?
Small changes — copy, prices, photos, contacts — within reason, with no separate invoices. New pages and features are quoted separately.
Is hosting billed separately?
Infrastructure cost depends on traffic and is billed as incurred. For a small business it's usually pennies, and where possible everything sits in your own Google account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, the subscription has no lock-in. On cancellation we hand over all credentials and backups.
What if the site goes down at night?
Monitoring alerts us automatically. We respond during working hours, and faster for critical outages.
